Abstract |
Background. Strategic development of the agrifood system should be based on the formation of innovation territorial patterns of food supply and opportunities for improving food security. The importance of the innovation model of development of a territorial agri-food system is to integrate the efforts of agricultural producers, subjects of the food market in a single production-consumption cycle to achieve the most socially important food guidelines, growth of export potential of the region, activization of processes of import substitution. It is obvious that the process of modernization of the agri-food system is difficult, owing to its bioeconomical specificity, uniqueness and diversity of the natural conditions of economic activity, a large continue, with output of the payback period, the lack of involvement of innovations and protection of intellectual property. This prevents the development of the agri-food system, transforming it into high-tech, capable of generating innovative sector of the economy. In this connection, you need a fundamentally new model of organizational-economic system of the formation and use of food resources of the country and regions based on the implementation of strategic management, which is one of the accepted tools for effective development. Identified the issues determine the relevance, practical importance and the main directions of research. The proposed study contains methodological and practical approaches to the development of innovaciones models of development of regional agro-industrial system. |
